The only reason I’ve put up with Delta’s ridiculous antics for the last year and a half is because of Neil’s Gold Medallion status and their really neat, newly renovated Sky Club at LAX. Since being lied to by flight attendants on my most recent LAX-JFK excursion, not once but twice, and bitched at unnecessarily for not fully turning my iPad off a good 30 minutes before descent event started, I’m over it. Thank you Delta for all the complimentary upgrades, the 10,000 free miles last time a customer service rep screwed up and was only supposed to give me 1,000, and the free snacks at the Sky Club.
Unfortunately none of this changes what a sorry excuse of an airline you represent. You can thank the incompetent flight attendants of flight 2462 for ensuring that I’ll never fly Delta, or an affiliate Sky Team airline again. Bonne nuit.
