It takes work and it takes really hard effort. Sometimes it takes teeth into tongue and sometimes it takes bone against bone.
They weren’t lying when they said relationships take hard work. It’s the truth and it’s never been more clear. You never really know what it means until you are clawing at the seams with your bare hands, hoping and wishing that things will piece themselves together without fighting so hard. But it doesn’t happen so easily.
